THE INNER WORK
Know yourself, trust yourself, build a life that belongs to you.
Start with one questionThe gap
You have changed. Has your life changed with you?
You have done a lot of looking back.
You understand your patterns and recognise the ways you have protected yourself, adapted yourself and left yourself behind. Your life may already look very different because of that work.
But insight does not automatically change the way you live.
You can understand why you people-please and still struggle to say no.
You can recognise a pattern and still repeat it.
You can know what you want and still be afraid to choose it.
You can have done years of healing and still look outside yourself for permission, reassurance or certainty.
There is often a gap between what you know and how you live.
That is where this work begins.
The inner work
We are given so many instructions about how to live.
Follow this practice. Change this habit. Heal this pattern. Become this version of yourself.
But the inner work is not always about changing yourself again.
It is learning to recognise what is alive within you and letting what is real, true and right for you shape the way you live.
The questions, practices and spaces I create are designed to meet you where you are and work with you, rather than asking you to adapt yourself again.
Begin with one question
Ask Yourself This
One question a week to help you hear yourself more clearly and let what you know change how you live.
